So that's how baby Dragon Fruit are made! That's a fun video Tattoomama.

My first experience with Dragon Fruit was at the breakfast buffet at Mauna Lani Resort (Big Island, Hawaii). What a delightful treat, and EXOTIC!

A quick google search brings up all kinds of info about the fruit, but this wikipedia article is a good place to start:  http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pitaya
